What does it cost to join eXp Realty?

$149 startup fee and $85/month cloud brokerage fee. No desk fees. No franchise fees. That's it.

What's the commission split?

80/20 until you hit the $16,000 annual cap. After that, you keep 100% (minus a small transaction fee that also caps). New agents have a modified split for their first three deals to cover mentorship.

What about the AI systems — is there an extra cost?

No additional cost. The systems I've built are part of what you get when you partner with me. Think of it as the infrastructure I wish someone had handed me 12 years ago.

Can I bring my existing team?

Yes. Team members cap at $8,000 and mega-team members at $4,000. Your agents get the same systems access.

Is the revenue share a pyramid scheme?

No. Revenue share is paid from eXp's portion of the commission split — the company's 20%. You're compensated for attracting productive agents. eXp is publicly traded on NASDAQ.
